Key Leadership Role:

  • Tech Stack Optimization: Build and refine a robust, scalable tech stack to support the company's growth and product needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency.
  • Risk Management & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.
Requirements & Attributes:
  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
