About the Role

This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in plant operations, maintenance, and process management. You will work closely with the operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, such as OSHA CFR 1910.119 PSM and EPA RMP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with >3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment design, sizing, and specification
- Experience with DCS control systems and simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
