This is a Key Leadership position, and the incumbent is expected to work closely with the CEO to drive growth.
The Sales Leader will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships. This leadership position requires a candidate with a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the IT /IT Staffing industry, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the Company goals.
- Collaborate with the Executive leadership to set Sales targets and objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Drive new client acquisition through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Implement customer retention programs to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and sales achievements.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales operations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Experience & Qualification:
A proven experience in a Sales Leadership role with a large IT Services / Staffing Services provider is required. The candidate should have led multi geography sales teams, servicing Fortune 500 companies. Strong understanding of the services IT Services/Staffing landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs is necessary. Stable career, excellent networks, demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth are preferred. Excellent leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making are essential. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and MBA from a leading institution are desired.
