Key Role: Senior Architect

 

The role of Senior Architect is a senior-level position that requires the candidate to have significant experience in architectural design and leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions, as well as spearheading design-thinking initiatives.

  • Design Expertise: Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, showcasing the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Leadership Skills: Assume a leadership role in driving innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Take charge of planning and developing design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects, and overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Rendering and Visualization: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative, and demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles, and excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills.
