Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify deal issues, assess their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.), and advise on ways to address the issues
- Conduct analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them
- Perform business analysis, prepare business plans, valuation analysis, and information memoranda
- Understand transaction structures and advise on structuring issues
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, you must have a strong academic background and relevant experience in finance, economics, and management. A Master's degree from a premier institute or Qualified CA/CFA with good academic scores is required.
