Sushi Professional

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced sushi chef to join our team in Hyderabad.

• Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes that meet the highest culinary standards.

• Manage inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal levels.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sushi chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in sushi preparation, including knife skills and creativity in food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP and allergen control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is an asset.
