Enterprise Frontend Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced frontend developer to spearhead the creation of high-performance, responsive, and modular UIs for our enterprise applications.

This is a pivotal role that demands expertise in modern web development principles, with a focus on delivering scalable, maintainable, and accessible user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, Vite, HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, or SCSS, as well as familiarity with component-driven development and testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

In addition to technical skills, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to drive design decisions and implement them effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, reusable frontend components using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing UIs.
  • Implement state management strategies using Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or Pinia.
  • Develop and maintain reusable component libraries for enterprise applications.
  • Optimize frontend performance through techniques like lazy loading, bundle splitting, and caching.
  • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs using REST or GraphQL.
  • Ensure UI accessibility, security, and adherence to best practices.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests for UI components.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to design discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing enterprise-scale applications built.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Micro Frontends or Monorepos.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for frontend development.
  • Experience working in enterprise domains like ERP, CRM, or PLM.
