Visual Storyteller

The Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting captivating visual experiences across various platforms and media types. This includes web, social, video, radio, print, billboards, banner ads, mobile applications, and presentations. You will ensure that all work adheres to our brand style guidelines and is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative ideas for telling engaging visual stories based on audience, channel, and client goals.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, integrated teams (e.g., PR), and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining open communication channels and adapting to feedback and direction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, client business, and goals to provide informed creative solutions.
• Proactively propose content and creative ideas to clients in a persuasive and easy-to-understand manner.
• Effectively communicate and present creative concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind your work.
• Meet deadlines and proactively communicate if an extension is necessary.
• Mentor junior designers and other creatives to foster growth and development within the team.
• Possess excellent team management skills, including the ability to lead, collaborate, and take/give direction effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate expertise in visual design, applying sound design principles, and staying current with industry best practices.
• Showcase knowledge of social media trends, understand the principles of engaging content creation, and be interested in solving advertising/marketing problems and building brands.

• Ability to consolidate, communicate, and persuasively present creative ideas to clients.
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Visual design experience across various applications, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
• Proficiency in different design techniques and the ability to apply them to engaging marketing materials.
• Sound design principles and understanding of visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
• Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
