Job Title: Senior Manager – Career Preparation

At our organization, we are on a mission to equip every student with relevant skills and exposure so that they can build their dream careers. Our ed-tech platform offers beginner-friendly placement guarantee courses that come with industry-recognized certifications and a job guarantee.

We are looking for a career strategist who will lead our career prep team – a team that works closely with students, provides expert guidance on career readiness, and ensures they are well-prepared to secure the best internships and jobs through our placement guarantee courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a strategy of products & content for guidance to students on their resumes, cover letters, & soft skills, and to prepare them for interviews to maximize their chances of selection.
  • Enhance existing students' profiles, soft skills, and interview skills by planning career planning sessions and interviews regularly with vendors/in-house resources.
  • Source opportunities for students suitable to their profile and related to their specialization.
  • Analyze placement outcomes and student performance to continuously improve training methods and support services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent planning & strategy skills.
  • Energetic, empathetic, and a go-getter (moves fast).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Ed-tech or career-tech companies.
