Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer with expertise in CCA (Copper Conductor Assembly) tanking, dispatch, and winding processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production engineering within the transformer manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CCA tanking, dispatch, and winding processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CCA Management: Oversee the assembly and quality control of copper conductors, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
