Lead Precast Construction Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Precast Construction Expert to oversee all aspects of precast construction projects. This is a critical role that requires expertise in project management, construction planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement construction plans for precast projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Review project plans and draw contingency/back-up plans by developing alternate strategies to achieve project milestones.
  • Implement project plans, commence execution, and monitor implementation to ensure efficient execution of projects as per time, cost, resource management, and specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budgets for the execution of projects and achievement of milestones as per completion schedules.
  • Lead precast erection activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise in precast construction methods and materials.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction and execution processes.
  • Expertise in precast construction planning and methods.
  • Proficiency in precast erection techniques and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
