As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager at Independent Human Resources Professional, you will be responsible for driving business results in the liquor industry. Your key areas of focus will include trade marketing activities across various channels, collaborating with the marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage point of sales material, including logistics, distribution, and assortment, by finding the most efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to turn selling stories into sales tools to effectively present brands, products, and marketing initiatives to customers.
- S Support local teams in the execution of their brand training programs.
- In charge of implementing non-volume contractual deliverables across key accounts within the assigned region.
- Ensure brand execution excellence during association with opportunity events.
- Update awards and ratings for brand portfolios.
Requirements:
- MBA with 3-7 years' experience in trade marketing within the liquor industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indian liquor market, trade channels, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and sales trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good team management, strong communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
