Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement interior design concepts that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and goals.
  • Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections.
  • Source and specify materials, finishes, and furniture.
  • Lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients through regular updates and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with a degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability principles.
