Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Manager

The Cybersecurity Firewall and Identity Delivery Manager oversees the implementation of cybersecurity programs focused on enterprise firewall infrastructure and identity access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a subject matter expert in security architecture and governance
  • Collaborate and manage a team to perform security tasks
  • Responsible for team decisions and strategic execution of security initiatives
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on security governance

Professional Skills:

  • Firewall & Network Security: Manage enterprise firewall platforms, VPNs, SD-WAN, Zero Trust-Illumio, IDS/IPS. Ensure network segmentation and perimeter security align with risk and compliance standards.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Manage user identity lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning and de-provisioning. Administer IAM tools. Monitor access logs and respond to security incidents. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Delivery & Program Management: Lead security-related projects from initiation to closure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Maintain dashboards, documentation, and executive-level reporting. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and implement remediation measures. Align IAM and firewall operations with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS-Controls.
