**Draftsman - Electrical & Fire Fighting Job Overview**

Our engineering team is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Draftsman to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, supporting site teams with as-built documentation, and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and gather data in coordination with the site team.
  • Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
  • Prepare and submit FEWA Load Cards in line with utility requirements.
  • Create Fire Fighting system drawings compliant with UAE Fire Code and Civil Defense standards.
  • Assist in documentation required for Civil Defense approvals (factory setups).
  • Update and maintain drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in Electrical & Fire Fighting disciplines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
  • Knowledge of UAE Fire Codes, FEWA standards, and Civil Defense submission procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical inputs from engineers and site teams.
