Job Title: Assistant Manager - Influencer Outreach

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Influencer Outreach. This role involves developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand's products and services.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Identify and partner with key influencers in various niches to amplify our brand's reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts.
  • Proactive mindset with high level of accountability and ownership of work.
Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Influencer Identification: Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  2. Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Take the initiative to establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email, phone, or social media.
  3. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  4. Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging and values.
  5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the duration of influencer campaigns.
