About the Role:

The Vlaunchu team is seeking a skilled Pega Application Developer to play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications that drive project success in our Noida and Hyderabad locations.

This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of Pega applications to meet our organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC best practices.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.

- Implement best practices for Pega application development and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for our Pega applications.

- Participate in code reviews to guarantee the highest level of quality in our codebase.

- Optimize application performance and scalability to meet business demands.

- Participate in system and user acceptance testing to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega application development, preferably with Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.

- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and its application.

- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies, with experience in Agile methodology and Scrum practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze, design, and optimize Pega applications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Commitment to staying updated with Pega platform advancements and best practices, with experience in large-scale Pega application development projects.
