Visual Creative Professional

We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Creative Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions.

The role requires someone who can balance creativity with practicality, delivering engaging and innovative designs that captivate audiences while staying true to brand guidelines.

  • At least two years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing varied design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Additional knowledge of AfterEffects is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, setting deadlines, and meeting client expectations.
  • Strong ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions.
  • A high level of accuracy in design work.
  • Strong verbal and written skills for clear project communication.
  • A deep understanding of brand identity, including typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to align design with business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
