Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, focusing on building solutions that improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Client Interaction: Elicit requirements from clients and business analysts to understand CRM needs and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  • End-to-End Project Development: Lead and contribute to end-to-end Salesforce project development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
  • Salesforce Configuration: Leverage all major configuration tools on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and other development tools.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing to ensure the stability and functionality of the application. Address and fix bugs identified by the QA or client team during various SDLC phases.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Maintain thorough documentation of the applications and provide technical training or knowledge transfer to the Salesforce team and clients.
  • Adherence to NFR (Non-Functional Requirements): Ensure that all applications meet security, integrity, and compliance standards in line with the Salesforce platform's best practices.
Key Skills:
  • Salesforce Development: Expertise in Salesforce development, including custom applications, components, and integrations.
  • Apex Programming: Strong knowledge of Apex programming to develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce LWC: Experience working with Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build modern, responsive user interfaces on the Salesforce platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce platform-related certifications such as Salesforce Developer, App Builder, or Salesforce Architect are highly preferred.
