Job Overview

This cutting-edge innovation helps businesses grow revenue without increasing headcount by leveraging our proprietary Data-to-Action Infrastructure (DIPPCAA Engine) that connects data, reasons over it, and executes business-critical decisions through AI-powered systems.

The engine powers an end-to-end infrastructure that orchestrates data, executes decisions, and adapts to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement stateful reasoning systems with orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop Digital Twin AI Employees using machine learning models and custom logic.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Finance APIs).
  • Build plug-and-play AI templates for cross-industry use cases (hospitality, manufacturing, supply chain).
  • Optimize for scalability: retries, fail-safes, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with product designers and developers to bring AI-infused solutions to life.

Requirements

  • Core AI & ML
    • Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (esp. time-series modeling).
    • Experience with neural networks, probabilistic modeling, and anomaly detection techniques.
    • Familiarity with multi-signal fusion and causal inference.
  • Prescriptive AI & Decisioning
    • Ability to move from prediction → prescription (recommend optimal actions).
    • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, optimization algorithms, and decision theory.
  • Data Layer & Infra
    • Hands-on with data pipelines (ETL, Apache Kafka, Airflow).
    • Experience with vector databases and NoSQL data storage.
  • Enterprise Integration
    • Ability to connect models into ERP and CRM systems.
    • Strong API design skills.
