Job Description

Your role involves building strong relationships with teams and clients to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identity Governance Specialist - Integrating SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications.
  • IGA Process Expertise - Delivering IGA processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Connector Configuration Specialist - Configuring connectors to onboard applications, utilizing both out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
  • Access Policy Developer - Developing and maintaining comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Workflow Designer - Designing and implementing automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communicator - Communicating SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Audit Trail Creator - Creating and maintaining insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.
  • Vulnerability Analyst - Collaborating with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

You will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Deep Technical Expertise

Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development is also required.

Industry Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices, as well as strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform are essential.

Communication Skills

Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment are also necessary.
