We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This position will focus on designing, developing and implementing integrations between systems using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Application Integration Framework (AIF). The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AIF, X++ customizations, web services, protocols, scripting, SQL and query optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Integration Development: Design, develop and implement AIF-based integrations between AX 2009 and external systems.
  2. Technical Implementation: Configure AIF infrastructure, implement secure integration with authentication/authorization, develop custom X++ code for business logic and validation.
  3. Customer Project Delivery: Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate requirements into integration specs, lead technical workshops with customer teams, support Agile/sprint delivery methodology.
  4. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases, conduct unit, integration, UAT and performance testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Core AX/AIF Expertise: Strong understanding of AIF service layer and transformation pipelines, proficiency in X++ customizations.
  • Integration Technologies: Web Services: SOAP, REST, WCF, XML, XSD, WSDL; Protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, MSMQ; Tools: SoapUI, Postman, Fiddler, Visual Studio.
  • Development & Data Management: Strong SQL and query optimization, experience with ETL concepts, data mapping, cleansing and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of integration experience, preferably in AX AIF. A Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server, MuleSoft or Azure Logic Apps, familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns and API consumption.
