Job Summary

As a Business Development Counselor, you will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate engagement and follow-ups by contacting potential leads through phone calls, emails, or digital platforms.">
• Develop a deep understanding of the academic needs, challenges, and expectations of students and parents.">
• Proactively pursue interested leads and guide them through the decision-making process.">
• Organize and conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person or virtual).">
• Provide detailed and customized product demonstrations, showcasing features, content, and benefits.">
• Address queries related to program offerings, pricing, curriculum, and learning outcomes.">
• Convert counseling interactions into successful enrollments or subscriptions.">
• Explain pricing models, installment/EMI options, and handle negotiations when needed.">
• Achieve sales and conversion targets.">
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all lead interactions in our CRM system.">
• Submit performance reports to management.">
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.">
• Establish trust-based relationships with students and parents.">
• Ensure professionalism and empathy in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.">
