About this role

We're looking for a skilled procurement professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders.

They will also be responsible for tracking deliveries, ensuring timely material availability, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with project teams.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.

You will also need to have strong negotiation skills, be able to analyze complex data, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Sourcing: Identify and evaluate vendors for project needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines.
  • Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
