About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various channels.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message and values.

Your main duties will include designing and developing:

  • ">
  • Brand Identity & Visual Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging platforms.">
  • Content & Campaign Design: Create captivating social media assets (reels, carousels, stories, statics) that blend science with fun, as well as performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, Amazon ads).">
  • Packaging & Product Design: Collaborate with our founder and content team on new product packaging, ensuring strong shelf presence and recall.">

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the consumer goods or beauty industry.">
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your branding, social media, and packaging work.">
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva skills are a plus.">
  • An eye for typography, color, and layout consistency.">
  • Ability to translate scientific, skincare-heavy content into consumer-friendly design.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – you'll work closely with growth, content, and product teams.">
  • A creative, resourceful, and experimental mindset – not afraid to push boundaries.">
