The Mass Customization Platform (MCP) is a flexible ecosystem of modular services that empowers Cimpress businesses to select tailored solutions meeting their unique needs.

You will join the Design to Life team as a Senior/Lead UX Designer where you will help customers get value from their designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to user experience enhancements across the design to life flow from conception to launch using user-centered design methods.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process creating user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect designs, and prototypes.
  • Partner closely with team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction and new concept validation.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer preferably in B2C e-commerce space.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers including designers, product managers, and engineers.
