Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to enhance our visual presence across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and reflect our company's voice and values.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand design requirements, interpret briefs, and execute high-quality designs that meet strategic objectives.
  • Conceptualization: Brainstorm, develop, and present design ideas and concepts, keeping up with trends and bringing fresh ideas to each project.
  • Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from team members, stakeholders, and clients, making necessary adjustments to improve and finalize designs.
  • File Management: Prepare, organize, and deliver final design files for print and digital use, ensuring all materials are optimized for quality and usability.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills, versatility, and experience in various types of design work.
  • Typography & Layout Skills: Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and composition with a keen eye for details.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand project requirements and present ideas effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt designs for various digital and print formats, as well as a willingness to learn new skills or software as needed.
