Civil Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures quality standards in drilling, concreting, and reinforcement placement.
  • Supports senior engineers in preparing piling logs, BBS, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinates field surveys, soil investigations, and pile load testing.
  • Reviews and verifies materials required for piling works.
  • Guarantees adherence to design specifications, quality, and safety standards on-site.
  • Prepares daily progress reports and maintains records of piling activities.
  • Coordinates with contractors and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Supports planning, micro-scheduling, and resource allocation for civil works.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in the field is necessary.
  • Understanding of piling techniques (bored piles) is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation is expected.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of piling techniques, load-bearing structures, foundations, construction materials, methods, basic survey techniques, bar bending schedule, estimation, etc. is necessary.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities are crucial.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are required.

  • Flexible to work at construction sites as required.
