Medical Fundraising Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Fundraising Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by raising funds for a medical cause.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to discuss their support for a medical cause.
  • Maintaining accurate records of donations collected is crucial for this role.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to effectively communicate the importance of donating to a medical cause.
  2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of donations collected.
  3. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a telesales or customer service role.
  • Higher secondary education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
