**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in both static and motion graphics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visual content for digital and social platforms. They will work closely with the content and social media teams to bring ideas to life visually and maintain brand consistency across all design materials.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with design trends and platform-specific formats. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for social media, website, campaigns, emailers, and presentations.
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, YouTube videos, event videos, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content and social media teams to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.

Required Tools & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or FinalCut, etc.
  • Experience with Canva, especially for quick social media creatives.
  • Ability to edit short-form content for social platforms and long form for YouTube.
  • Basic knowledge of video color grading, transitions, and sound editing.

Bonus / Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics experience.
  • Photography or videography (basic shooting skills).
  • Understanding of social media formats, specifications, and audience behavior.
