Job Title: Senior Manager of Oracle Cloud Engineering

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate OCI support, including setup, configuration, and management.
  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing critical test cases with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address and fix production issues on cloud and define product enhancements.
  • Partner with cloud operations teams to understand production issues and create reproducible test cases in the lab environment.
  • Develop, maintain, and support integrations, extensions, reports, and applications components in Oracle Cloud Fusion Technologies.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP applications implementation and management.
  • Experience in driving high availability, resiliency, and scalability of global Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Applications landscapes.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to motivate and grow team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across multiple time zones.
