Job Title: Deployment Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in deploying and integrating Motadata products and solutions for clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and integrate Motadata solutions at customer sites to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for smooth delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation, standards, and user guides to support effective product usage.
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction during implementation.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.
  • Experience with monitoring and service desk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana).
  • Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with network concepts (secure zone, DMZ, firewalls) and ITIL processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or JasperBI.
  • Exposure to scripting or automation for deployment/configuration.
