Job Description:
As a Cloud Delivery Expert, you will lead and manage delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality cloud solutions to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration, and management.
- Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations through delivery governance forums and proposals.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including account mining activities and cloud solution alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts with significant revenue growth potential.
- Track and control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
- Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and good grasp of technology and product engineering.
- Managing and leading highly skilled teams, including team leaders and product developers.
- Able to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director-level stakeholders.
