Job Title:

Technical Solutions Consultant

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients and developing customized solutions to address their specific challenges. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and proposals that align with client needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Consultation:
  • Analyze client requirements and design customized technical solutions to address specific challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting technical features, applications, and benefits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.
  1. Sales Engineering Activities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and proposals that align with client needs.
  • Create technical documentation, including proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
  • Negotiate technical terms and ensure solutions meet both client expectations and company standards.
  1. Market and Technology Insights:
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry standards, and competitive products.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and refine product offerings.
  • Liaise with the product development team to ensure continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with R&D, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Serve as a key technical liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: BTech/Diploma in Engineering (any stream) or equivalent technical background.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering concepts, systems integration, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with CAD tools, CRM platforms, and project management software is an advantage.
  • Experience: Prior experience in technical sales, system design, or engineering roles is highly desirable.
