Chief AI Innovation Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our deep learning, foundation models, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI initiatives. The successful candidate will drive innovation and strategic growth in these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for advancing AI capabilities.
  • Leverage expertise in LLMs, vision transformers, diffusion models, RL, and multi-agent systems to inform decision-making.
  • Pilot and implement cutting-edge technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, LangGraph, and CrewAI to enhance business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Mastery of LLM & RAG Architecture Expertise, including hands-on experience with Azure AI Search and Databricks.
  • Proficiency in implementing semantic search capabilities and MCP servers for scalable deployment.
  • Expertise in Agentic AI & Orchestration, including autonomous decision support using LangGraph and agent orchestration using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Working knowledge of latency reduction techniques for RAG-based applications, including Redis-based caching.
  • Practical understanding of fine-tuning methods such as LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation).
  • Awareness of the latest LLMs tailored to specific use cases (e.g., Claude, Gemini, GPT series).
  • Understanding of prompt engineering requirements across different models.
  • Ability to calculate and optimize costs for API-based model usage.
