About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to lead complex projects and design advanced solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.
  • Create and implement automation systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize human intervention.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and system configurations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and coding languages (Python, SQL, AWS Lambda).
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, and experienced in Java.
  • Product management & scoping: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
  • Team Mentoring: Skilled at team mentorship and coaching, and supporting on technical delivery across projects.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus.
