We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead Interior Designer - Space Planning Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of interior spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Planning: Develop and present interior design concepts that meet client requirements and preferences. Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Present design proposals and make necessary revisions based on client feedback. Provide expert advice on interior design, space planning, and material selection.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within an architectural firm or design studio.
Requirements:
  • Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
