About the Role:

We seek a seasoned finance expert to lead our financial and advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and analyzing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through in-depth analysis and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to inform decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Project Reporting: Create detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously
