Technical Expertise

As a skilled network engineer, you will be part of an elite software engineering team working on cutting-edge SD-WAN solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative technologies and deliver impactful results.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment to solve complex customer problems and drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to all phases of end-to-end product validation and quality assurance
  • Collaborate closely with PM, TME, and customer support teams to understand customer needs and requirements
  • Work with various development and quality assurance groups to achieve high-quality products
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the testing process
  • Collaborate with DevOps and technical support teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Key Qualifications
  • 10 to 18 years of relevant experience, preferably with a degree in computer science or related field
  • Expertise in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs
  • Knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF & EIGRP, MPLS, IPSec, QoS, NAT, and policies etc.
  • Experience with networking features like Multicast, IPv6, DNS, NAT & DHCP
  • Hands-on expertise in system, solution, scale, performance, interoperability, and failover testing of SD-WAN solutions
  • Ability to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for enterprise-scale projects
  • Proficiency in using traffic generators, protocol analyzers, and monitoring tools
  • Strong programming skills using Python and REST APIs
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, qemu/kvm, and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills and a customer-centric mindset
