Job Title: Copywriter (Integrated)

Location: Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to conceptualize and realize ideas through a comprehensive use of language and the written word. They have the ability to think in a holistic way about how an idea comes to life through all creative channels of a consumer experience. Develops language and copy in short form and long form to establish the tonality of ideas.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Writes narratives, scripts and storyboards, annotations and treatments
  2. Expresses ideas with clarity, on brand; on message and targeted to the audience
  3. Presents ideas to both the wider internal team and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
  4. Comprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning
  5. Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
  6. Contributes work to pitches
  7. Drives, defines and feeds back on the quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration
  8. Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors
  9. Executes creative concepts together with the Art Director at the direction of the creative director
Professional Skills
  1. Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role in an integrated marketing environment
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of integrated content, such as TVCs, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy
  3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable attention to detail
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
