Interior Design Expert

The role of an Interior Designer is multifaceted and requires a unique blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and communication skills.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating bespoke interior design solutions that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

This involves conducting thorough client consultations to understand their requirements, developing innovative design concepts, and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and PPT presentation, and have a keen eye for detail.

A strong understanding of design trends, materials, and construction methods is also essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Sales funnel & driving Sales Closure.
  • Providing exceptional customer experience during a project.
  • Leading quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Managing end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Graduation / relevant Diploma.
  • Freshers to upto 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style)
  • Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Ability to create detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Effective Sales pitch and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
  • Desirable traits: Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
