Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales professional to join our team as a Corporate Gifting Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients through your existing network, references, portals, platforms, exhibitions, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments.
  • Promote our gifting solutions for employee engagement, festivals, welcome kits, events, promotions, and MICE.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Work with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of orders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to recommend new products and strategies.
  • Evaluate and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in B2B corporate gifting sales.
  • Must have strong connections with corporates, event agencies, HRs, and procurement heads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
  • A self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable with travel within NCR for meetings.
