Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of visual concepts and designs for our web presence and marketing materials.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

  • Coordinate with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements;
  • Create visually appealing designs for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms;
  • Develop innovative design concepts and ideas that align with brand guidelines;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations;
  • Interpret client needs and develop a concept to suit their purpose;
  • Presentation of finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
  • Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists;
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software to ensure best possible design solutions;
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certification in Graphic Design or related field;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in web and digital design;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
  • Understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI design, responsive design, and accessibility;
  • Strong understanding of branding and design best practices;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
