The Role:
We are looking for an accomplished Digital Marketing Trainer who can develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging digital marketing training programs
- Create high-quality training materials, such as presentations and online modules
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences
- Utilize a variety of training methods, including lectures, discussions, practical exercises, and case studies
- Assess learner understanding through quizzes, assignments, and other methods
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Provide ongoing support to trainees after completing the program
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Teaching or training experience is preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Social Media Marketing certification
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Tamil or Hindi is preferred
