Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced High-Risk Security Consultant to join our team at Pinkerton. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned security professional to lead our efforts in securing high-risk facilities and assets.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, investigations, and risk consulting, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. They will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to internal and external clients, conducting site risk assessments, security audits, and fire safety drills, as well as developing and implementing security protocols and procedures.

As a High-Risk Security Consultant, you will work closely with our operations team to identify and mitigate potential security threats, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities, personnel, and assets. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of security professionals, as well as developing their skills and career objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, law enforcement, or criminology)
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in security management, investigations, and/or risk consulting
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and mitigating high-risk security threats
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel, flexible working hours, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. You must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate effectively with employees and clients. Manual dexterity is required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
