Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and IAM. They will also have expertise in containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

  • Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on GCP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions on GCP
  • Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and infrastructure, including identity and access management, network security, and data encryption
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins

You will work closely with our engineering team to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. You will also contribute to the development of our cloud strategy and help us stay up-to-date with the latest GCP technologies and trends.

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and IAM
  • Expertise in containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data encryption
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
