About this role
- We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our global process standardization efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in operational finance to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Beyond leading our global process standardization initiatives, you will be responsible for delivering consistent service across multiple units and guiding a shared service provider to streamline transactional activities.
- Develop and implement effective end-to-end solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Qualified accountant or semi-qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in F&A and at least 3 years of exposure to operational finance.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence non-positionally.
- Hands-on knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in SAP finance modules and MS Excel.
