We are seeking an innovative Workplace Designer to spearhead the transformation of interior spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. Combining artistic flair with technical expertise will be crucial in this role.

This position demands a creative thinker who can lead a team and collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver exceptional workspaces that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the client's business, industry, challenges, and goals.
  • Analyze client workspace requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships through effective communication and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Key areas include conceptual design, space planning, material selection, budget management, project documentation, team leadership, quality control, and ensuring alignment with organizational culture.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Interior Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience working on Workplace design projects & managing a team is required.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is critical.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are expected.
