Account Development Manager

As an Account Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard modern trade retail chains and outlets to showcase our mobile accessories product portfolio.

  • Identify and engage with retail partners based on their strategic fit, location reach, and potential for scale.
  • Ensure optimal product listing, marketing promotions, and execution to drive strong sell-outs from modern trade channels.
  • Monitor sales velocity and stock rotation at store level to inform future strategies.
  • Provide category insights to retail staff and stakeholders for effective on-ground execution.
  • Strategically expand into untapped territories to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners to secure favorable terms, visibility, and promotional support.
  • Maintain strong brand presence and compliance with planograms across all key accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement in-store campaigns and promotions.
  • Utilize insights from store-level execution to enhance future initiatives and engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Modern Trade, preferably in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or home appliances.
