AI Orchestration Specialist

As a seasoned AI orchestration specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, build, and deployment of production-grade large language model (LLM) agents and multi-modal AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop LLM-powered agents and NLP solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement multi-agent and multi-modal AI applications/frameworks, focusing on interactivity, latency optimization, failover, and usability.
  • Apply advanced design principles for structured outputs, tool usage, speculative decoding, AST-Code RAG, streaming, and async/sync processing.
Hands-on Coding & Development
  • Write, test, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient Python code for LLMs and AI agents, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering with a focus on cost, latency, and accuracy, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Integrate models with vector databases (Milvus, Qdrant, ChromaDB, CosmosDB, MongoDB), streamlining data management and retrieval processes.
Performance & Monitoring
  • Monitor and optimize LLM agents for latency, scalability, robustness, and explainability, leveraging real-time analytics and machine learning techniques.
  • Implement observability and guardrails strategies for enterprise-safe AI deployments, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Handle model drift, token consumption optimization, and error recovery mechanisms, maintaining system uptime and reliability.
Research & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of academic and industry trends in Agentic AI, multimodal AI, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies, applying research findings to drive innovation.
  • Experiment with new AI orchestration tools, evaluation frameworks, and observability platforms, expanding your skill set and expertise.
Debugging & Issue Resolution
  • Diagnose and resolve model inaccuracies, system integration issues, and performance bottlenecks, utilizing advanced debugging techniques and tools.
  • Apply expert knowledge to troubleshoot deployment errors, data inconsistencies, and unexpected agent behaviors, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operation.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability
  • Quickly adapt to emerging GenAI and Agentic AI technologies, unlearning outdated practices and embracing new approaches and methodologies.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by experimenting, prototyping, and scaling cutting-edge AI solutions, driving business growth and success.
